Audits

As the District’s audited financial statements are prepared by an independent auditor, and accepted by the Board, we will post them on the website for your information. Currently, the District does not meet the dollar threshold for audits to be required.

Engineering Reports

As the District has these reports available once an engineer has been engaged, engineering reports will be posted on the website. These reports will describe the projects that the District will be undertaking for financing, construction or acquisition, and maintenance.

Establishment Documents

Establishment Ordinance: Ordinance 98-04 established the District, effective July 9, 1998, as adopted by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners.

Rules of Procedure

Rules of Procedure: These are the administrative rules by which the District operates. They are based on the Florida Statutes and define how the District conducts its business pursuant to Florida Law. Adopted on date.
